The Ducati Panigale V4 S is the definitive expression of Ducati’s racing DNA, a road-legal superbike shaped directly by MotoGP. Comprehensively redesigned for 2025, it introduces new aerodynamics, a revised front frame and a fresh electronics platform, all built around the 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4. Producing 216hp at 13,500rpm, it channels Ducati’s track dominance into a machine you can ride on the road, then take straight to a circuit and chase your fastest lap.
The S is the version serious riders choose, and its upgrades are focused entirely on control. In place of the standard bike’s mechanical suspension, the Panigale V4 S runs Ohlins electronic suspension, an NPX30 pressurised fork and a TTX36 rear unit, both managed by Ducati’s Smart EC 3.0 event-based system, together with an electronically controlled Ohlins steering damper. The system adapts damping to your inputs and the surface in real time, giving world-class support under hard braking and drive while staying supple enough for the road.
Forged aluminium wheels are the second key upgrade. Lighter than the standard cast items, they cut unsprung and rotating mass, so the S steers faster, changes direction with less effort and settles over bumps more calmly. Combined with a lithium-ion battery, they help bring the kerb weight down to just 187kg, making the S the sharpest and most agile Panigale V4 in the range.
The rest of the specification is pure racing intent. Brembo Hypure calipers deliver relentless stopping power, while the latest six-axis electronics package, with riding modes, cornering ABS, traction, slide and wheelie control plus Ducati Quick Shift, lets you exploit the performance safely. A large TFT dash and refined aerodynamics keep the rider informed and stable at very high speed, while the redesigned bodywork increases downforce for sharper, more confident cornering and a revised riding position gives you more room to move under hard braking and on track.
