Yamaha is offering a free motorcycle or scooter health check at participating authorised Yamaha dealers across the UK. There is no catch, no obligation and no pressure. GT Motorcycles is a Yamaha dealer in Plymouth serving riders across Devon and Cornwall, so contact us to confirm availability and book.
What the health check covers
A trained Yamaha technician checks the key components of your bike, helping to spot potential issues early and make sure everything is working as it should. If anything does need attention, you will be informed clearly and the choice is always yours.
- Expert inspection by Yamaha-trained technicians
- Completely free, with no obligation to carry out further work
- Any Yamaha model, any age, any mileage, subject to the conditions below
How to get yours
Fill in Yamaha’s online form, which lists the participating dealers. You will receive a free health check email, then book direct with your dealer for a date and time that suits, subject to availability. Bring that email with you on the day.
A few conditions apply. Participating dealers may decline work on vehicles above a set age, mileage or condition, so check with your dealer before you apply. Motorcycles made before 2015 may not be compatible with the electronic health check. You may be asked for your V5 registration document, or equivalent proof of ownership, together with your health check email, and the dealer may refuse the check without the right documents.
