When your motorcycle needs a service, repair or MOT, you want to trust the people working on it. At GT Motorcycles, our factory-trained technicians are experts in keeping your bike safe and road-ready.
Our fully equipped workshop is an authorised service centre for Yamaha, Honda, Ducati and Kawasaki, so you can expect work to meet manufacturer standards every time. We service all road bikes, with assessment costs agreed upfront before any work begins.
As the owner, it’s your responsibility to ensure your bike has a valid MOT if it's being used on the road. Bikes over three years old need an MOT annually. We offer MOTs for all motorbikes (excluding trikes, quads, and sidecars) at a fixed price of £29.65. Our skilled technicians use the latest equipment and also carry out a free Health Check alongside the MOT.
As an Authorised Service Dealer, we carry out manufacturer-approved servicing for Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Ducati.
New bikes typically need a first service at around 600 miles, followed by either an annual service or a mileage-based one. After your first visit, our team will explain the exact service schedule for your bike.
You are welcome to leave your bike with us on a Sunday or Monday. Please note that any bike dropped off on those days will be booked in for its service on the Tuesday.
At GT Motorcycles we pride ourselves in customer care, which is why we offer a special Loyalty Labour Rate. We offer this to customers who have bought bikes from us or are frequent returning customers.
By returning to us for any work carried out on your motorcycle, not only do you get the loyalty labour rates, but you also build a relationship with our Service Team.
We work with major insurance assessors and trusted local specialists (e.g. paint/body) to quote and complete repairs to manufacturer standards. You can choose where your bike is repaired.
We supply and fit popular tyre brands at competitive prices. (We don’t offer puncture repairs as they’re not guaranteed and can affect insurance.)
Top-tier diagnostics for all makes. Most faults are identified within an hour (charged at one hour labour). We’ll contact you before any extra work is done.
